Training Policy
Acones Traffic Management Ltd operates a continuous training programme for all staff.

All Acones employees are interviewed and reference checked prior to any offer of employment.

All employees without exception must undergo an induction course covering the basics of H&S and the rudiments of Traffic Management. This must be completed to the required standard of the internal assessors.

Once accepted as an employee they must at the earliest opportunity attend the Chapter 8 A/B course incorporating the H&S training day.

Once a period of probation is completed, operators carry out continuous training throughout their employment. This allows the identification and development of suitable operatives to advance to higher qualifications.

The financial outlay required to advance an employee through the many levels of training courses can be substantial. This means the selection process is stringent ensuring we have the highest calibre of operative available to this Company at all levels of his training.

To attain the highest Qualification an operator will have to have had a minimum of 2 years experience and will have attended and passed all courses and exams required by our industries governing body.

At this present time as a Company we already have 6 operatives trained to the new level 12D which will come into force in June 2006.
